    Knee surgery outcomes vary from person to person, so I don’t how long I’ll be on crutches. I’ll be doing some exercises and physical therapy, too, in order to strengthen my quadriceps and my hamstring. If I survive the surgery, (I have no doubt I will, but you never know when you’re given general anesthesia), I’ll come back to this article and provide an update. I’ll also give you some feedback on the knee braces I’ve used, as my newest one should be here in a day or two.

    What normcore? I don always know. I feel like I know it when I see it. I know when I grab a certain pair of dorky dad sneakers over a traditionally feminine pretty flat I been informed by normcore and related aesthetics. I feel like normcore, to me, involves moderate amounts of athletic gear, denim, oversized coats or jackets, sneakers, socks, and definitely ball caps. You know those those ambiguous moment in time stock photos you used to see in your French textbook? And you were like, “Who styled these people? Wasn this book printed in 2005? Why are they dressed like it 1991?” Now you have a pretty good idea. That not to say that any dated piece is perfectly suited for normcore. You find that a lot of early 2000s stuff is left out of the mix; we aren seeing tiered skirts, fitted tees with pithy sayings on them, newsboy caps, or really anything from Buzzfeed “Forgotten Early 2000s Trends” that I couldn bear to keep scrolling through. She also references the anti shopping/anti style/anti marketing/whatever “philosophy” that a lot of these new normcore kids have come up with; to be honest I not really familiar with it and I wouldn be surprised if the philosophy is the thing that garnering “normcore” so much criticism.

    I see it as an opportunity to instill your family values. people think it is important to know all about so and so life, your father and I however think it important to blah blah blah Instead of shielding kids from what the world does (often unfortunately) contain, show them how to filter through it, teach them how to stand fast in their values. It is not up to you or me where merchandise in located in a store, if so milk would be in the front. It is up to us how to show our children the world and teach them how to live in it.

    My dog has a swollen belly and has been vomiting up food. Could this be acute gastritis? We had a BBQ 2 days ago and my dog ate one of the hamburgers (meat only). Later that night she vomited about 6 times, bringing up hardly chewed pieces of the meat. I thought this was just due to the fact she had eaten too much so the next day I did not feed her and she only vomited once (brought up water) and perked up. However today she is very lethargic, and hardly drinking. She hasn thrown up but her abdomen is swollen (could this be due to the retching?) which makes it hard for her to climb small steps and stand up and her saliva is extremely thick. I have her booked into the Vets first thing tomorrow morning I was just wondering if anyone could give me a little peace of mind about what this could be?Share Abuse Are you certain that your dog only ate a hamburger? If she ate nothing else and vomited the hamburger, she should be feeling better. The distended abdomen would not be due to retching.

    Time is LuxuryThe more hectic life becomes, the more I realize that what is truly luxurious is my personal time, time that I can spend doing what I want, my escape time.     I guess what I want to know is why a toy company would feel like it was necessary to promote a toy that would appear to be too mature for small girls, in the toy section. I watched the news clip and thought that it was interesting that one Mom said that some of these Barbies are clearly not for children, but for adults. If that were true, then you would find them in the adult section of the store, not the section for children. I guess I just don understand why they would even make a Barbie like this in the first place.
