This is to support our great friend Jason Heidecker, who has ALS. Jason is a funny, generous, intelligent, and quirky guy that we love very much and we are forever inspired by his perserverance and endless sense of humor!
A recent fundraiser (and a local ramp jam!) raised enough money to support moving Jason back home, where he is happy, comfortable and safe. We are grateful to everyone that contributed.
Currently Jason requires 24/7 nurse care, and especially as his Medicaid coverage for home care is being processed over this holiday time period, there are an estimated six weeks remaining before his care will be covered under Medicaid.
Donated funds will be used by Jason’s close friends to pay his nurses’ fees until Jason’s care is covered Medicaid. Any donation, big or small, will help to cover this time period, to ensure that Jason can remain at home with the care that he needs.
